Your tracking number (format: SHP-XXXXXXXX-XXXX) is automatically generated when you book a shipment and emailed to you immediately. You can also find it in the Shipments section of your admin dashboard.
Express bookings made before 2 PM are typically collected the same day. Standard bookings are collected within 24 hours. You'll receive an SMS when your courier is assigned and en route.
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After each missed attempt, you receive a notification to reschedule. Alternatively, the package can be held at our nearest depot for collection for up to 7 days.
Yes. Every Maxis package is automatically insured up to $500. Extended cover up to $10,000 is available at booking for an additional fee. Claims are processed within 5 business days.
International shipments are booked the same way as domestic ones. Our team handles all customs documentation and declarations. You'll need to provide a commercial invoice for goods โ€” we'll guide you through the process.
